Return Policy

General Conditions for Returns and Exchanges (Applies to All Categories):

  • Items must be unwashed, not dried, free of wrinkles, animal or human hair, lint, and must not have strong odors
  • Ensure items are free of deodorant marks or any other stains
  • Socks and other undergarments are not eligible for returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons
  • All items must still have their original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging

Additional Information:

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. Check our Final Sale Policy for more details.
  • If your return is denied, we will inform you via email and the items will be sent back to you.
  • We do not refund original shipping costs. This includes orders returned to sender or those fully refunded.

All item(s) being returned/exchanged must meet the following conditions or may be subject to denial:

  • If your product(s) arrived with tags, they must be attached and in their original packaging
  • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer
  • Items must not have excessive wrinkling
  • Items must not be covered in animal/human hair or lint
  • Items with strong odors, such as smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted
  • Items with markings or other stains, such as deodorant, will not be accepted
  • Returns or exchanges on socks or other undergarment pieces cannot be accepted due to hygiene reasons

If your return is denied, we will inform you via email and return the items to you. Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs for fully returned orders or those marked as 'Returning to Sender.'

Return/Exchange Process

Final Sale Policy

During our Final Sale, we want to ensure your shopping experience is the best it can be. Please take a moment to review our return policy for these special events.

 

1. Final Sale Items 🚫

All products that are discounted or marked with a red tag on our website during the Jungle sale are considered final sale items. This means they are not eligible for return, refund, store credit, or exchange.

 

2. Cancellation Window ⏳

We understand that sometimes, mistakes happen. You have a 1-hour cancellation window after submitting your order.

 

3. Non-Cancellable Orders 🚫🛍️

After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be canceled or modified in any way. If you encounter difficulties while attempting to cancel your order, please submit a ticket to our Support Team for assistance.

 

4. Price Matching 💸

We do not offer price matching for items at any time before, during, or after our sale events. The discounts during these events are exclusive and cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases. Discount codes not applied at checkout cannot be applied after orders are submitted.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products 🛠️

In the unlikely event that your purchased product arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way, please contact our Support Team by submitting a ticket. We are here to assist you and ensure you receive the product you ordered in pristine condition.

 

Please note that all other terms and conditions outlined in our standard return policy remain in effect for items not marked as final sale during the Jungle sale.
